FaciliPort was created around a simple idea: the information needed to understand and operate a facility should not be scattered across drawings, manuals, folders, spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected systems. Our goal is to bring that information together, connect it to the facility and equipment it supports, and make it easier for the people responsible for buildings to know what they have, where it is, what needs attention, and what comes next.
Why FaciliPort Exists
Facility information exists everywhere, but finding the right information when it is needed can still be surprisingly difficult. Drawings may be stored in one place, equipment information in spreadsheets, warranties in folders, and maintenance history somewhere else entirely.
FaciliPort brings that information into one connected environment where documents, equipment, locations, maintenance, warranties, vendors, and trusted records support one another.
Just as important, information discovered from documents does not automatically become trusted. FaciliPort keeps source traceability and human review at the center, so information can be approved, corrected, rejected, or flagged before it becomes part of the trusted facility record.
